My Classes
My approach to movement is built on 20 years of classical ballet training, as well as extensive personal experience from some of the best mentors in the world.
Strength training in my sessions is progressive and structured. We build capacity over time, not through exhaustion or random circuits.
You’ll lift, control, balance and move with intention. I approach all sessions with intelligent programming — building muscle, balance and improving movement quality. The aim is resilience and long-term change, not short-term depletion. Flexibility work is integrated, not tacked on at the end. We strengthen into new ranges so the body feels supported, not overstretched. My job is to help inspire you, feel safe, and help you to listen to your body.
My Signature Sessions
Tailored, fluid and unique.
My signature classes feature carefully selected exercises collected and perfected over 20 years. A blend of calisthenics, flexibility, yoga and pilates. It’s a whole body approach you wont find anywhere else. You also have the option to request assisted stretching.
Power & Rocket Yoga
Whether you’re looking to power up your handstands, fly your first crow or creep smoothing into your scorprions, my power classes are for you! Expect to move and sweat. By default you’ll notice your muscles becoming more toned and over time your balance and endurance in inversions will improve. Training for these asanas can begin at any stage of your yoga journey but expect to work hard!
Yin
Yin (meaning femininity and passivity) is a highly relaxing and restorative practice where you will remain seated or reclined for most of the class and poses will be held for 3-8 minutes. The goal of yin is to access the deeper muscles of the body whilst retraining the mind to stay within the present moment.
I hold a YACEP (specialism) in Yin and Restorative practices.
Vinyasa
My Vinyasa classes can range from Beginner to Advanced depending on your preference. But regardless of level, I’ll
be gin with light stretching, continuing on to a warming and strengthening core flow, and ending with inversion prep, stretching, relaxation and breathing. All classes are tailored completely to your needs and ailments!

Yoga and Pilates parties are BACK by popular demand! The perfect chance for something a little different, but incredibly fun. I am happy to tailor the event to you, It is your party after all!
Kids Yoga, Flexibility
and Mindfulness.
I am currently Enhanced DBS checked with facilitating experience from age 3 years+. I love to teach children mindfulness, yoga breathing foundations, tailored specifically to young minds. I also offer specialist flexibility training for training gymnasts and athletes.
