A bit about my approach to movement
My approach to movement is built on 20 years of classical ballet training, as well as extensive personal experience from some of the best mentors in the world.
Strength training in my sessions is progressive and structured. We build capacity over time, not through exhaustion or random circuits. You’ll lift, control, balance and move with intention.
I approach all sessions with intelligent programming — building muscle, balance and improving movement quality. The aim is resilience and long-term change, not short-term depletion.
Flexibility work is integrated, not tacked on at the end. We strengthen into new ranges so the body feels supported, not overstretched.
My job is to help inspire you, feel safe, and help you to listen to your body.
